This licensed holiday villa is set on a 2,000 m² plot in a peaceful area of Formentera. Fully renovated and equipped with every comfort, it provides an exceptional setting for an unforgettable holiday.

Surrounded by pine trees and just 2 km from Sant Ferran de ses Roques, the property can accommodate up to four guests. The beaches of Migjorn are nearby, while ses Illetes is only a short drive away.

One of its main attractions is the spectacular glass swimming pool, overlooking the sea and Es Vedrà. It is located on a spacious upper terrace with large 2 × 2 metre chill-out beds, where guests can enjoy beautiful sunsets, particularly during June and July.

The terrace also features a barbecue, sink, refrigerator and outdoor dining area, perfect for enjoying lunch and dinner in the open air.

The villa has air conditioning throughout and two spacious suites. Its décor, inspired by the traditional rural houses of Formentera, has been carefully considered down to the finest detail. Outside, four additional chill-out areas are arranged around the property.

The main suite features a 1.60 × 2 m bed, a bathtub integrated into the bedroom and a separate adjoining toilet. It also has a projector and a large screen for watching films and television. The second suite has a 1.40 × 2 m bed, a bathroom with a shower and views of Es Vedrà from its windows. The house has three bathrooms in total.

The spacious kitchen recreates the atmosphere of a traditional Formentera farmhouse kitchen while offering high-end appliances. Its worktop and oven are by the prestigious brand La Cornue. It also includes a Nespresso coffee machine and all the necessary kitchenware.

The living room is spacious and bright, with large windows offering views of the sea and Es Vedrà in the distance. The light is especially beautiful at sunset. It includes a television and a comfortable sofa that can be converted into a bed.

Among the centuries-old pine trees surrounding the house is another of its most distinctive spaces: an area with an outdoor bathtub and shower, as well as a large daybed where guests can relax in the shade during the warmest hours of the day. The property also has speakers for listening to music and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere.

Sant Ferran de ses Roques is 2 km away and can be reached on foot or using one of the two bicycles available at the house. A supermarket is located 1.2 km away, and nearby restaurants include Chezz Gerdi, La Tortuga and Macondo.
